2025 Excellence in Collaboration Award Nomination Form

This award will recognize an initiative or project demonstrating how collaboration across partners in the workforce eco-system produces high-quality results for job seekers and/or employers. We are looking for nominees that have multiple active partners and have demonstrable results.
